In September 2023, structural transformation of the existing Building 34 at the Keresztúri út industrial site was completed. The task involved the partial demolition of the deteriorated, unused structure of Building 34 and the expansion of the remaining section to create a new, two-story facility with three additional technological levels. The new building was partially integrated with the adjacent Building 35a.
