Hankook Tire Magyarország Kft. commissioned the development of a dedicated workers’ residence near its tire manufacturing plant in Dunaújváros. The complex comprises a main building (ground floor + three stories and attic), multiple auxiliary buildings, and sports facilities, altogether covering more than 18,000 square meters.

Currently, designs for Phase III are in progress.
