North-Central Buda Regional Hospital – New Szent János Hospital and Outpatient Clinic

Budapest, Hungary
A comprehensive, multi-year revitalization of the entire 150,000 m² campus of the Szent János Hospital, comprising nearly 50 buildings. This government-prioritized development is designed to serve medical, technological, and safety needs for the next 50 years, while vastly improving staff work conditions in line with 21st-century standards.

The core of the concept is a modern block hospital optimized for efficient patient care and logistics. Surrounding pavilions within close reach host chronic and rehabilitation services. The Kútvölgyi Tower and Outpatient Clinic are connected to the new complex. Former patient-care pavilions are repurposed to support services not requiring advanced mechanical systems or stringent safety regulations.
